I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The guys were very helpful and kind from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident about the services my car needed. I got my coolant flushed and oil changed, and I honestly feel so much better about my car’s health now. This location is way better than the other Take 5 I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars here from now on. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience here at Take 5. The team is really nice to talk to, especially the one who did my intake, and everyone was knowledgeable. I desperately needed a new cabin filter and they gave me a great deal on everything. I’ve been to many Take 5’s, but this one was probably my best experience.
I’ve always thought this company was overpriced but still use them because the short wait time justifies the price. In the middle of summer though- they’ve got to come down on their price. It’s just too hot to be sitting in the TX heat like that while getting the oil change for that price. Just 2 months of the year (June and July) they should have a discounted rate and they’d probably see a lot more business. The staff was great. I was impressed because they were very young, around the same age as my grown boys, and they were professional, polite and knew their job well. I actually felt bad for them having to work in that heat and they had a great attitude and were laughing with each other while working in it. If you can afford a pricey oil change, I’d recommend this location for good service.
