I went in for an oil change on a super rainy day. I was quickly greeted with water from Eirrus, I didn’t have to wait at all. Eirrus and another team member We’re very patient and transparent with what my car actually needed. As a girl, I’m super grateful when I come across trustworthy people when it comes to my car. Team members like them are integral to the success of a company & retention of customers.
I had a great experience at this Take 5 location and wanted to recognize Matthew and his team for their outstanding service. From the moment I had arrived; they were attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of my vehicle. Matthew had truly stood out in particular as he was not only friendly and respectful, but was also highly informative and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the services being performed and helped me feel confident that I was receiving top-quality care. I had switched over to their Pennzoil Ultimate Synthetic Oil service option, as the high-mileage Mobil 1 option was no longer available. And Matthew made sure that I had understood the benefits and felt comfortable with that service change. He had also walked me through the condition of my engine air filter and radiator coolant, offering honest insights and recommendations without any pressure or sales tactics. I had an excellent experience at this location! The guys were REALLY nice that did my oil change. They made a suggestion for something I might need, but they weren’t pushy. Then they also asked about my windshield wipers which I did need replaced so it was nice that they let me know they needed to be replaced. I did have them do that and it was quick and easy. I would definitely go back again.
