Santiago was very helpful And showed great customer service and management skills to get my vehicle in and out swiftly for an oil change and coolant maintenance. Highly recommend this location. I have been here three times and it's always been quick.
I have had many oil changes done over the past year at this location. Over this entire time , I received excellent professional service. Additionally , I was given helpful information about my particular model of vehicle. Following the oil changes , I was able to come back in and get oil top offs due to my engine using inaccessive amount of oil do it to the engine design. Always have had positive interactions with the staff.
Was a little upset they didn't take my 50% off coupon, however, they told me the prior service ziptied my undercarriage coverup and lost the push pin. Which Jiffy lube Messed up and didn't tell me. I will continue with this Take 5 next change. Thanks Team!!! And the technician took pictures and showed me.
