I had an excellent experience at Take 5 today. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. They were courteous, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick and easy. What really stood out to me was the difference in service compared to my experience earlier in the evening at Walmart. I was turned away there because they said they did not have the oil filter needed for my 2019 Mustang EcoBoost and could not offer any alternative options. Frustrated, I decided to give Take 5 a try instead. I’m glad I did. The team at Take 5 exceeded my expectations. They got me taken care of quickly, treated me with respect, and made me feel like they truly valued my business. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, this crew absolutely delivered. I left impressed and grateful, and they have earned my future business.
