I had my car serviced on Sunday. They did do a very good job but what I really noticed was the teamwork. The leader, T, did a great job communicating with their coworkers. I saw T repeatedly state to stay hydrated and speak up if they weren’t feeling well or needed assistance. T was also the person to explain what was needed for my car in terms I understood which made for a great experience. I will definitely be back.
T was exceptionally in control of the staff and very sympathetic to the fact that another company damaged my vehicle. I was informed of everything as it was being done. I explained our hardship and was a bit over but worth it knowing there was no damage to our vehicle. The he time and effort taken was exceptional. Other persons were there in the crew and T had full control over everyone there. Thank you for the best of customer care. Over and beyond.
