I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was very fast, efficient, and professional. Both Savannah and Mike was friendly, nice, and courteous from the moment I pulled up. They got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed, and they explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil change!
Your 2 employees worked non stop. I waited for 10 minutes after entering the work area as another customers needs were being met. Again your employees were working non stop. I think you could afford to have a minimum of 3 employees on the floor. No breaks and always moving to the next task. My bill was around $340.00 mostly due to upgrades by me. Again two very dedicated hard working employees. I trust you pay them well.
Worth every dollar!!! Top of the line service. Very professional and customer centric. I would recommend anyone regardless of mechanical skill set. It’s fast and easy. I left there with more knowledge of my vehicle and feeling confident the services I choose. Keep with the great work. You guys are Amazing!!!
