Today is so cold and windy and the techs all worked super quick to handle the two cars in front of me and got me in within 15 minutes. I came in to get my windshield wipers replaced but the ones I brought with me were actually the wrong ones. Raul, the team lead, offered to replace with the right ones they had in stock and within 10 minutes had new wipers and he even cleaned my windshield as a courtesy too! It needed it bad! I will come back every time!
Andrew, Michelle and Katlyn were fantastic, fast and kind. Rare to find such good customer service in Henderson. Andrew was especially kind and answered a lot of my questions very clearly. Knowledgeable fellow. Highly highly recommend! But it's so hot in the garage, so be prepared! I feel so bad for those employees, I don't know how you could make life better for them but they deserve it ?
Brought my Toyota Scion xD into the Take 5 on Whitney Ranch Drive in Henderson today and couldn’t be happier. I stayed right in my car the whole time — super convenient, especially in this heat. The team was friendly, professional, and fast. They finished the full synthetic oil change in about 10 minutes, showed me the old oil and filter, checked my tire pressure, topped off fluids, and even replaced my windshield wiper fluid. No hard sell on extras, which I really appreciated. My little Scion runs smoother already and feels more responsive. Great price with the coupon too. These guys know what they’re doing and make oil changes painless. This is now my regular spot in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Highly recommend!
