Great experience! I was in town for vacation & the a/c was working intermittently in my SUV. I scheduled on line & got same day appointment. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful while we waited for the technicians to diagnose the problem. Ended up needing a new compressor & such. Left my suv overnight & got text messages thru out the whole process & phone call when they were finished.
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!! I walk in and was greeted by the sweetest front desk lady who was nice enough to apply a coupon to my service because “who wants to pay full price?” NOT ME THATS WHO! When they took my car back to get it serviced, I received an email with an inspection report of my entire vehicle including under the hood, the tires, windshield wipers & more. This was new to me because I always go to Meineke for my oil changes but this location goes above and beyond!!
Highly recommend Meineke, especially this location (Warm Springs)! I called in and spoke to Stephanie to inquire about replacing a break light I purchased. They asked me to come in to take a look, it was replaced in less than 10 min by a very kind gentleman. They went above and beyond to help me, super last minute too as I was just a walk in. I also get my oil change here and it’s always the best service. Super satisfied, I know this line of work gets busy (especially during the summer) so I’m just thankful that I received help and within no time! 10/10!!
