Jacob (aka “Skrappy”), the Assistant Manager, along with Khalil & Julian, took great care of my business vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone was incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming. The atmosphere was so positive and uplifting that I honestly felt like I was at church instead of getting my oil changed! ?? That kind of customer service is rare these days. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If you’re in the Hiram area and need an oil change, this is definitely the place to go. Shoutout to Jacob, Julian and Khalil for setting the standard! I’ll definitely be back. ??
