EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Colton and the service here!! Colton was so professional and impressively knowledgeable. He took the time to go through the history of my vehicle online, scrolling the details to offer suggestions without being pushy and salesly. And with each suggestion, he then went into full explanations for his recommendations, no one has done that with me before. I usually get a suggestion and a “just trust me” when people have offered services at other places so that I almost felt like i was being ripped off. Colton's explanations helped me to better understand my vehicle and even explained what people did in the past that I did not understand/that they failed to explain. I didn't know which oil package I wanted and I said probably the high mileage package bc of the mileage of my vehicle. Colton recommended the lower package as best for my vehicle right now. He said probably the next oil change or two would be when I would best benefit from the higher package. And while this cost less for this visit, he just earned my trust with that and I'm not going anywhere else but this location anytime I'm in the area. That honesty, the detailed explanations, his extensive knowledge has won me as a lifetime customer who usually shops around. Trust is everything when it comes to a vehicle so I highly recommend this location. I left feeling good without having a rushed job that left me confused and stressed! Well done ! Thank you!
Find a group of young gentlemen here working at this establishment. Block any other oil change place expect for them to upsell you, but they’re not gonna sell you on BS that you don’t need they’re just gonna try to sell you stuff that you didn’t need. The price was more than reasonable in my opinionand the service was a little too friendly. Keep up the good work guys.
These guys are very professional and friendly. I got my oil changed and they even found a problem with my battery terminal sparking every time I started my car! Luckily I was able to go get that terminal replaced before a bigger problem potentially occurred! Highly recommend!
