I had such a great experience at Take 5, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Xavier! From the moment I pulled up, he was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He explained the services and products clearly, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made sure I understood my options without feeling pressured. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Xavier made the whole visit quick, smooth, and actually enjoyable. If you’re going to Take 5, ask for him — you won’t be disappointed!
In the midst of today's storm my tire pressure light came on. I had to stop at the Wallisville Rd location! I pulled up and Xavier immediately came out..bringing me some water! He was full of smiles and took care of me withh no hesitation. Excellent customer service! I live about 30 minutes away but will definitely come back for my next service. Xavier's care mattered and I even made it to work on time because of his speed!

He checked my tire pressure, cleaned my windshield, informed me of service recommendations. I can’t remember the last time I got that type of service from an oil change, besides at the dealership. The other guys are great also,however Xavier service stood out this time. When I pulled off I felt more confident about hitting the road. Customer service is something that matters.
