Great service this morning! We were the only ones there at the time for a little while so there was no wait. Fabian immediately came out to the car to see what services we were looking for. We were in for an oil change today, Fabian then went through the oil change inspection checking other aspects of the car. We then noticed my coolant was only water! That was enough to convince me to get a coolant flush. Although the car’s oil change was complete it was only another 5-10 minutes to flush my coolant. The entire Take 5 team this morning was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. Not only Fabian, but Jayden, and Esteban. Thank you guys!
From time I pulled up was greeted with a water n friendly smile telling please move to the double lines. Ulysses the head service greeted me n I let him know of all the service I needed.There were other problems I'd have had with my car .Ulysses was on top of everything n explained the other maintenance needed which I totally agreed to have done (since it's been a year).Very knowledgeable person Ulysses was during my short but memorable experience. Will be a return customer! An suggest people I meet to use this facility. Thanks Guys for the professional service. Ken Schilke
Both my boyfriend and I have taken our vehicles to this location. First we took his 2023 Honda Civic had a wonderful experience. Yesterday we took my car a 2023 Acura Integra and same thing we received incredible service. I felt bad because we showed up like 20 min before closing and they had a vehicle they were working on BUT they still took us in and did not rush gave us the full friendly service. Diana was my technician she shared lots of knowledge w me and made me feel very confident in her work. Both my boyfriend and I will be coming back to this location! I recommend!
