May 7th Store #560 FM1960 Houston TX Pulled in for an oil change and vehicle inspection greeted immediately and offered a bottle of water. Immediately directed into a bay and the services started Cameron did my vehicle inspection and other services. He answered all my questions which I did have several explain things to me like nobody else has ever done before. He was very fast, efficient and very friendly. I was impressed with all the employees at this location during the time. I was there and the treatment that I received. I would recommend them and I plan on going back next time for all my work there. My only concern is the price of a synthetic oil change, but not having a lot of knowledge about it. That cost may be in line but due to my age I remember when you used to get an oil change for like $35. Nonetheless, good job, Cameron!

I enjoyed my first experience here. All services were completed quickly, and the staff was helpful and efficient. I also appreciated being informed about my air filters and having the opportunity to take care of them.

Cameron was very professional and has great customer service skills. Did not try to over sell products only what needed to be done. Price was excellent for the services we had. We had an oil change, tire pressure checked, windshield wipers replaced and the engine air filter replaced all for $127.00. I would recommend them to everyone. Good experience all the way around.
