Every time I come to this location they handle me with top tier service! Despite. A minor issue Luis Handle me with professionalism, and explained everything very clearly for me to understand. Felix as well did his part and took coolant part. Well manner guys and definitely recommend them for your next oil change! You have patience with them, they will have patients with you . Felix and Luis well knowledgeable and they know what they are saying. Trust dem.. will be back .
They were quick and precise. I had a little payment problem with my card being froze and they waited on me to get everything taken care of and even make other payment arrangements. They were very nice and manageable. They didn’t seem like I was a bother with my payment issue even offer me a refreshment while I calm down. They’re very nice there. All of the men were so respectful and nice. Thank you for your superb service.
I’ve gotten oil changes all around the city and this by far is the best experience I’ve ever had. This a group of guys that not only know what they’re doing but enjoy doing it. Felix, J Auri and Louis were very professional and went above and beyond to get it done. Very personable and professional. I’ve saved this location even though it’s a little way from my house because of the service. This will be my new shop. 10/10 would recommend. Be kind to them they’ll be kind to you.
