Nick was polite and professional. Even though they didn’t have my oil filter in stock, he was back from the parts store in 10 minutes as promised. He wasn’t pushy at all, which is why I had him flush and change the coolant as well. He did a very thorough job and even showed me the before and after tubes. I would definitely go back again, as, sadly, I no longer trust my Infiniti dealership.
As soon I pulled in I was greeted and given a water then directed to an open bay. I came in for an oil change and also purchased an engine filter after the tech showed me what mine looked like...the two techs were courteous, efficient, thorough, and no pushy upselling. They reset my oil life on my dash and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend this location.
I had a great experience with my oil change. Justin and Bryan were very accommodating and friendly. They were helpful in finding issues no other mechanics were telling us about plus they help to resolve any other issues very quickly and professionally! For that I give them 5-STARS! Thank you guys!
