We had a really great experience with the car service today. We came in for an oil change, and not only was the service quick and efficient, but he also went out of his way to give us some helpful deals, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was how thorough and informative he was. He took the time to explain other things going on with our car and answered every question we had without rushing us. It made us feel a lot more confident about the condition of our vehicle. I also noticed him taking the time to teach and guide the younger guys working there, which says a lot about his character and leadership. It’s clear he cares about both his customers and his team. Overall, excellent service, honest communication, and a great environment. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Great service! Techs were awesome and super friendly while explaining everything. Janer greeted me with a bottle of cold water before guiding me into the bay. Richard was great with customer service by explaining the difference between the oils. They topped off my fluids and even cleaned my windshield! Thanks for providing such excellent customer service! I will return for the next oil change.
I have had a few bad experiences at other Take 5 locations, however this location is amazing! They greet you with a bottle of cold water before pulling into the bay. The tech that handled my transaction was not pushy at all. He explained the things I needed and excepted my responses. The manager of this location was on point with his knowledge, and answered every question that I had very thoroughly! During my vehicle check, they announced everything clearly so that I knew what they were checking. I will recommend this location over and over again.
