Ben at the Hudson oaks location was very welcoming and got my service done in a timely manner. The price for an oil change and filter replacement was more than I wanted to pay. Took a while to get in the garage to get my services started, but that’s because of short staffing and lots of customers. Other than that I had a good experience and appreciate your staff.
I've never had a bad experience at any take 5 I've had service at. They got me on and out quick. I've driven a rental for some time and haven't had to personally look at the price of any oil change. I did notice they have gone up though. Good visit still.
I went to Take 5 on a Sunday morning. First time customer. Both employees were extremely professional. They kept me updated on each part of the service as they were doing it while I waited in my car with the bottle of water they offered. I was beyond pleased. They made suggestions on what I needed for regular maintenance without the high pressure sales tactic. While it was not the cheapest oil change (I opted for the Premium), it was well worth my time and the service. Definitely will go back and recommend.
