I went to Take 5 on 1960 in Houston Texas, for a simple oil change and got so much more. It was just as they said in and out. I had been taking my vehicle to another famous car place. They had told me all these things were completed and I was very much charged for all these services($600+ every trip). However, they lied. Take 5 pulled out a filter that haven't been changed since I brought my car in 2014. My fluids had not been changed or flushed out. Being a woman, I was not aware of these things until Take 5 brought it to my attention. I told them I will be back to Take 5. Simply because they didn't lie to me, nor did they take advantage of me because I am an elderly woman, AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT!!! The customer service was great as well. I was told about credits at Take 5 I didn't know about.
Troy has always been my Go-To guy for oil changes and other services for my car! He's very attentive and answers any questions I may have. The team he has is very quick and professional, I'd highly recommend this location
Got my oil change today at take 5 in front of Houston garden center today and let me tell you best service ever 2 handsome gentleman name Jordan and Andrew took very good care of me they are the best
