I’m a Wheel Chair user full-time and when I say the customer service was outstanding, I can’t say enough There was a gentleman and a lady that was working that day! The gentleman Customer service was The best I’ve ever had in any establishment such as this he was friendly, easy to talk to. Extremely informative. He went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely recommend this location with these two to one of my friends and family. I’ve Took my vehicles here to get my oil done for two decades. This day I had my admissions test done. They Both informed me about some of the things that I needed to do now and upcoming. Neither one of them pushed, but explained why it needs to be done. I’ll definitely be back never felt pressured. It was very pleasant. Handing my money over for the first time in a long time . And that’s saying a lot for something that no one wants to have to spend their money on. Thank you. You should definitely consider if this gentleman for higher management he’d be great at teaching and showing others how they’re supposed to conduct business
If I could give 100 Stars, I definitely would! This Take 5 provides SUCH exceptional service. I usually have my oil changed there - and yesterday, I went in for an emissions test. Mark was super efficient and friendly. The test took just a few minutes - super fast, and I was able to stay with my vehicle. Their price was great! What stood out most was the way they treated me: like family. They took care of business quickly, explained what they were doing, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time.
