Quick and courteous service ?. I came for an oil change. They immediately acknowledged me, offered cold water, and asked what service I needed. Next, they verified with me the grade of oil they would use (surprisingly some places don't). I was offered my choice of brand, and advised on recommend service without a hard sale. I want to thank Nicholas, Louis, Noah, and the rest of the crew for fantastic service. I will be back for my next service.
The customer service was great, they offered me water, was, Eddie was patient and very kind help load up my coupon for savings and assist with concerns about mileage reading. Noah the manager was super he completed the process, corrected kilometer readings on the odometer and made sure my receipt matched my service. I have a great experience with the service I needed. I wanna thank all the guys at Take 5 Oil & Lube Center in Hutto, The guys were amazing. It’s Friday in front of the high school and it was some activity to happen. Kind of funny burnouts and stuff a lot of activity out in front but they did awesome job. These guys were on it. The crew was fabulous. Very detailed. I will definitely go back and recommend them. They’re awesome thank you guys appreciate it.
