⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely LOVE the service at Take 5! From the moment I pulled up, the customer service was top-tier. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was that the manager used to own a car just like mine. That instantly made me feel even more confident because I knew they truly understood my vehicle and what it needed. It’s always reassuring when you can tell the team genuinely knows what they’re doing. Fast, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
Great experience! I was greeted with a bottle of water which was so nice. Jay (manager) explained what his team was doing and checking. He showed me my engine filter and air filter and said they both looked good (could have tried to tell me they needed to be replaced to sell me something extra but did not which I really appreciate). Also told me some good info about the kind of car I drive which will be helpful for the future. Very pleased!
I had a great experience at Take 5 on Binford. The oil change was incredibly quick and efficient, which made the whole visit really convenient. The team did a nice job walking me through a few recommended services, including the air filter, windshield wipers, and cabin filter, without being pushy. I decided to go ahead and replace the wipers this time, and I’ll definitely come back for the air filter on my next visit. Maurice and John were especially informative and polite—they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Brandon also made the experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I’d highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, professional, and friendly service.
