Services were very quick, the employees are professional, very friendly and answered all my questions regarding my oil change. I have a better understanding on how important the oil type in my 2015 Suburban can be to make my engine run smoothly for a long time. I would highly recommend the Take 5 Oil Change on Western Blvd in Jacksonville, NC.
The technicians at Take 5 were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They asked us 1st before offering any of their services and then answered all our questions. They took the time to explain every step and even showed us examples, like our current air filter for the engine, which was so dirty, and gave us the recommendation to replace it and what the benefits would be if we chose to and the non benefit would be if we chose to wait. We love being given the information we need to be able to make informed decisions. Because of our great experience with them we would highly recommend Take 5 and we will be using them in for our vehicle.
