Customer service at this location was excellent! Before I even turned off the motor, the tech had a bottle of water ready for me and a friendly greeting. The shop was busy but my time for provided service with great. Next time I would recommend replacing your own cabin air filter for half the price that I paid.
Ray at Take 5 is amazing and deserves a raise. Great customer service, Patience, and attention to detail. While I was waiting so be serviced a vehicle drove over the median, across the street (barely missed the take 5 building) and crashed into the ditch need to Take5. A lot of ppl came outside to look and record but as soon as Ray came outside and saw what happened he ran down into the ditch, rescued the man who was stuck inside of the car, and even climbed back up on top of the car to go inside and get the wives purse. As soon as they were safe and the ambulance and police were called, he went back to work like nothing happened!. And still had the energy to service his customers with a smile on his face; so humble. And even found an issue I didn’t know I had! Great employee!!

Ray and I actually remembered each other from years ago when he was over 2 other locations. He is a very good leader, and all 3 are very good people and professional.
