Edit: 1 star to 5 star A company of this size will inevitably have employees who do not meet the company’s service standards. I have revised my review in light of a recent email correspondence with district managers. Their sincerity and genuine concern for the matter were evident in their words and actions. This company demonstrates effective leadership. This place is extremely predatory, aggressive, liars,who are also obnoxious, I was told manufacturing requirements for my 2008 Mazda to have full synthetic, I know this too absolutely not be true as in the manual the Internet ChatGPT in any honest human, who knows about this car, knows that that is not the recommended manufacturer requirements. The car only requires standard oil, after requesting standard oil. I was told that they’re not Liable for anything that happens to my car any warranties are void and they can’t be blamed for anything they mess up because I am refusing manufacturer recommendations, I was also told they don’t take coupons on standard oil changes because it’s already so heavily discounted at $62. I looked online it says take five absolutely except coupons on standard oil changes. They’re just a bunch of punks. They refused the 15$ coupon And the ride share coupon The 25$ off does say in the fine print only for full synthetic, but I was told to take five as a whole never accepts any coupons on standard oil changes, the Internet says different
I went in for a basic oil change and was provided clear and valid explanations for upgrading my oil, replacing the air filter, and purchasing new windshield wiper blades. I felt my car was well taken care of and thoroughly serviced by the Take 5 team. The entire process was quick, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Great job!
I was attended to within just 10 minutes. They performed the oil change, checked all the fluids, and completed everything quickly and efficiently. The staff are always polite, thorough, and professional.

Been coming to this specific Take 5 for almost 10 years, two different cars. Not gonna lie everyone speaks down on Take 5, but I ALWAYS have a great experience at this one. The team is always diligent, polite, and alwayssss help me out. Yeah they try to upsell, that's their job, but they're never pushy. They always listen the first time I say no, crack me a great deal, and get it done quick and right. Last time I was in here was a real treat, they were having fun but keeping it professional, lead man made sure to call out every next move so everything was safe and secure. Thank you!!
