My oil dip stick broke during removal, they notified me immediately. Got management involved. Subsequently, I had to take my truck to a repair shop to have this fixed. Their claims department paid for the repair the same day. Communication was great. They took care of my vehicle 100% and gave me some comps to boot! I appreciate the way they handled this situation and would recommend the Joplin location to anyone. Five stars

Michael and Tyler did an exceptional job, taking care of the necessary oil change for my car and also pointing out that both of my air filters were completely clogged. They were professional and worked quickly despite the 103° temperature they even offered me a cold water while I waited
