I arrived early in the morning and was in and out in no time. Along with a quick oil change, the team inflated my tires, cleaned the windshield, and provided a sticker for a complimentary halfway check. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
The team was fantastic. I went in for an oil change, and during the inspection, the technician noticed that my rear differential was low on fluid and identified metal shavings on the drain plug. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and provided clear, concise recommendations. Everyone was attentive, courteous, and focused on ensuring my vehicle received the proper care.
Malcolm provided excellent service during my oil change yesterday . He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great service and the employees were singing while they worked. Even though it was a little bit of a wait the employee offered water and checked in more than once to see if I was good during the wait. Ended up getting my truck done and then a few hours later took my mom's truck in.
