I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled up, the team was on it. Scott came right out to greet me with a bottle of water while I stayed comfortably in my car, which was such a thoughtful touch. All three team members who serviced my vehicle were incredibly fast and efficient. They clearly knew what they were doing. They worked together like a well-oiled machine getting everything done quickly without cutting corners. On top of that, they were professional and took the time to explain what they were doing, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth visit with excellent customer service. Great visit guys! I’ll definitely be back.
I am 61 years old and have been through so many drive up oil change places. Take 5, was way above and beyond what I've experienced. They did things that I've not ever had experienced from an oil change drive up. They were so thorough!!! I will make this my go to for my pull changes from here on out! Thank you to you all.
