Tried the Take 5 in Lacey today, having never been before, and left really impressed! The sense I get is they're a bunch of industry veterans who really work well together. Heard lots of good communication among the team and they were all courteous to me. The price was good, and they got me out of there pretty quick, but didn't rush. They were thorough and did a series of checks, but no upsell, then talked me through the coolant test and my results. I appreciate that. If the service speaks for itself, there's no need to sell, I'll come back as a matter of course. Really glad I took a chance on them, and will definitely bring my cars there in the future!
