I took my car in yesterday for an overdue service. No shame! Martin was great. He explained everything in full detail, I knew what I was paying for and appreciated the friendly conversation. I wasn't pushed to buy anything else. That's a big plus. I would definitely go back!
The Walmart on Lohman was packed and the wait time was over two hours. We decided to try Take Five and we were out in 15 minutes. It was a hot day and they kept offering water and even gave our dogs treats. They all worked well as a team. I do admit they had no other customers at that time but it doesn’t make sense given the service we received. I wonder if it’s because of their quick service, people just don’t know about it, or it was a slow hump day. Either way we enjoyed our brief oil change. Well worth the money.
Martin did an incredible job. I pulled up from out of state and he immediately offered me a cold water bottle. He and his team worked quickly to get my oil changed and do the other inspections. I needed more coolant too! He had me do a test drive around the block after all was done, to make sure the oil level settled. I’ve never had anyone take the time and care to do that! Very thorough work! He gave me another water bottle for the road after. Thank you!
