The kindess Tame 5 gave met my expectations and above. I appreciate they showed me the filters before just replacing and went out of the way to get me new windshield wipers! I have never witnessed a oil change before, so this was nice. I did get this technician name, but he was very personable.
My 2023 Kia Soul had an phenomenal service performed at this location. The staff were so kind, professional, and informative. They communicated everything they were doing as they completed each check. They recommended and completed needed services for my vehicle's best performance. I felt confident that my ride was ready to complete its 1,300+ mile journey to MD. Thank you, Take 5 staff for an amazing experience. It was truly appreciated. I recommend this location to all who live and visit the Leavenworth/Lansing area.
as a first time customer going there for an oil change they did not try and sell you other things. Yes they recommend recommended certain things for my 2022 Ford edge because it is over 90,000 miles. I wanna say his name was Will he was really polite on the phone because I called ahead of time to see kind of an estimate and he’s like as long as you get here within kind of the next 30 minutes you’re set. I’m like okay thank you and just the tone the positivity just the vibes were spot on with every single person that was working I know for sure I’m going back to go get whatever else needs to be replaced. If I could write it five out of 10 I’d probably give it a 10 instead of just a five!
