I had a great experience. I take five in Lincolnton. CC and Chris were amazing. They changed out my filters, explained everything and we're just all around. Great people. Exceptional customer service couldn't be happier
Very efficient. Try to avoid the last day of the month. Many who delay renewals until the last day are in line. I didn't think about the date when got in line. Easily, I could have come on a later date, but I was pleased to see how well their team handled it. They even offered cold water bottles to drivers who were waiting for service. And now, they offer tire rotation and coolant.
My 1st time using the service and the manager worked within my budget for my oil change as I informed go to another competitor I really enjoyed watching the teamwork as each person had a certain job which made the oil change fast. They come out and check on you and offer you a bottle of water while waiting. I really appreciated topping off my fluids and checking air pressure in the tires as not all oil places offer this .
