I arrived at Take 5 around midday, greeted with a warm welcome and a bottle of ice cold water. Within 5-8 minutes of arrival the manager provided an overview of services offered, reviewed prices, and completed an oil and filter change while I relaxed comfortably in my car. I also requested an additional service and was on my way! BTW, I went online to Take 5 prior to arrival and received a discount coupon. Excellent service, Highly recommended!!!
Michael and DJ were very efficient with a limited team. They were kind, courteous, as well and communicative in all aspects of the process. The gentlemen worked well together and remained kind in the heat the entire time. This experience felt very personable with how the gentlemen offered snacks to my kids that were waiting in the car during the service. Overall, exceptional service here. I'd definitely come back.
The team was very very professional and showed lots of detail to getting me in and out. I highly recommend and actually look forward to returning. I wish more places that I do business with were as attentive to their jobs and customer service.
