Hands down the best experience I’ve had for an oil change! Roy (or Ray) and the other gentleman who helped me went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. As busy as they were, they both took time to explain everything, including the top off guarantee. I couldn’t have asked for any better customer service, which is in short supply a lot times. Kudos to Take 5 for hiring these two, I’ll definitely go back!
Came in for an oil change and the service was quick and efficient. I was also advised on recommended maintenance for my vehicle as it approached a specific mileage. The service person explained the details of the recommended service and what impact it could have on the vehicle. I was not coerced into making any decision. I was only presented with information to help guide my decision. Overall, all the technicians that worked on my vehicle seemed knowledgeable and efficient.
I went to a Take 5 on 82nd and University. Usually do not go there because it’s not close to where I live but I was in the area. The man that helped me was exceptionally good. I just needed to top off the fluids and he checked them but told me the coolant needed to be changed. I knew that from when I had got the oil changed before. Said it would make it through winter. I went ahead and got it changed . I told the man that if he could check the windshield wiper fluid? I told him it’s either frozen or out. He had another man come help him and they found out that when they had changed air filter last at the other Take 5 that it was up against the wire 9of the windshield wiper fluid container. They fixed it. So I want to commend that Taje 5 for going above and beyond to help me and check everything when they topped the fluids because not all of them are that nice and willing to . Thank you
