I had the best service I’ve ever had from Ellen! I came in for a simple oil change and had no idea about some of the other maintenance my vehicle needed. Ellen took the time to explain everything to me, including why my car was due for a coolant exchange and the recommended service intervals from the manufacturer. What impressed me most was her honesty. She let me know that my vehicle did not need a differential service yet, which showed me she genuinely cared about what my car needed instead of just trying to sell me extra services. There was absolutely no pressure, and she was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. It’s hard to find people who are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused, but Ellen is all of those things. I left feeling informed and confident that my vehicle was being taken care of properly. I will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service!
