Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! The staff was professional, fast, and very friendly. My oil change was done quickly without cutting corners, and they made sure everything on my vehicle was checked and running smoothly before I left. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was top tier. It’s hard finding honest and reliable auto service these days, but they definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know! ?✨
My experience at Take 5 yesterday, July 17th, was such a great experience that I wanted to take the time to give them a shout out! From the second I drove up I was greeted with friendly smiles, helpful instructions and treated like they were so glad to have me as a customer. You could tell right away that they enjoyed doing what they do and that shows a lot in this day and time. All staff were so friendly and worked together so well. The leader who was explaining things to them and checking behind them was an amazing teacher. He was guiding them with encouragement and in such a wonderful way. I think that is why it comes across that they enjoy what they are doing. This is what customer service is about! They have won me as a customer and I will tell all friends and family to use this location. Who is happy after paying for anything to deal with cars these days! I left there with a smile. Please use this location and give those young men and woman a chance to win you over like they did me!
This was my 1st visit and I can tell you from the beginning to the end of my oil change was a great experience the staff was respectful and very courteous and knew what they were doing they checked my air filter while I was there it needed to be replaced since my truck is 18 yrs old and never been changed they awnsers any questions and concerns that I had everything thing was done in 15 mins and I was on my way with a smile this is the place to go. To the staff there Job Well Done ? ✔️ ? ? ? ???
