I went in for an oil change at the Mayfield Heights location. Also had a couple of filers changed and radiator flush. Windshield was washed. More importantly Elijah(?) and company was very pleasant and efficient. At one point I had multiple people working because I was the only one there. He sent me out the door with ice cold water on a hot day. I will be back.
I received excellent care and service while receiving an oil change. Elijah and the staff members were so professional, courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location for the next oil change!
It was very pleasant, professional, and thirst quenching. Elijah was the service tech and he was WONDERFUL (as well as easy on the eyes.) He offered me water and was very patient and informative as I tried to decide which type of oil I should get.
