The service took quite a bit longer than I expected. I waited in the bay while I watched 4 techs try to figure out the coolant changing pump while I watched and waited. Then when the service started, one guy(manager I think) walks over to my truck, doesn't say a word to me, he pulls my air filter, oil dip stick, and starts to fill the washer reservoir. At which point I told him not to fill with the blue stuff. Then he walked anyway...I waited a few more minutes before the same (manager) told one tech to slide over to my truck. Very inefficient and slow service compared to that which I have received at my local area. Wasn't the worst time getting my oil changed, but wasn't very good
Very good service! In the past 2 months I have taken my three vehicles there. Polite customer service. Prices are slightly high though. They seem to be busy most of the time, so expect to wait a bit but service is good
