I always get my oil changed with Valvoline and have worked with Rob on many of those occasions. He makes it a great experience. Fast, easy, and reliable. He doesn’t make you feel pushed into any extra services. Will definitely continue to frequent them in the future !
I pulled up to a small line outside this 2-bay store. I've been to plenty of Valvoline centers but this is one of the best stores I've visited. I was greeted on the lot where my car was scanned so when it was my turn, their computer system was ready to go. The manager, Jack, was friendly & explained everything in a way that I could understand! His staff were doing call-outs & taking care of the 18-point inspection process. I stopped in for just an oil change & ended up getting a 2-part fuel system cleaning & an engine air filter. I appreciate the care and thoroughness of all staff at this center! 2nd time visiting this location in 02/2025 - I got a tire rotation, new wipers, cabin air filter & full synthetic oil change. The staff is still friendly & knowledgeable on all aspects of the services they offer! I'll be back.
The staff at this location are amazing compared to other places I've been to in the past. Staff was very knowledgeable, kind, not pushy, very detail oriented and you can tell they like what they do. I appreciated how the staff explained everything thoroughly to me. Super kind and awesome people. Will definitely be back!
