Great experience at Take 5! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water within seconds of pulling up, which was a nice touch, especially on a warm day. The wait was a little longer than usual, but they were incredibly busy and the team was absolutely busting their tails to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Manager Al came over, made conversation, and was genuinely friendly and welcoming. It’s clear the staff cares about customer service and works hard to keep things moving. Even with the crowd, everyone remained professional and positive. I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change!
