Thank you so much Catron, David, and the other Take 5 Staff. First, I was greeted with a smile and warm hello. Then the oil change was so fast I didn't even realize they were finished. I loved that I was actually asked “can I open your door,” “can I reach into your vehicle?” I hate when people do too much in my personal space, but these guys were AWESOME! I will definitely be back!!!
I was greeting as soon as I entered the parking lot with an ice cold bottle of water. The staff was extremely courteous and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. It was quick service. I was in and out of there. I was really impressed with the level of customer service from the staff. Good job to you all!
The guys were very polite and very professional! They offered other services to me, like a new air filter, but I never felt pressured. They were quick and efficient and the price was inline with other quick oil change places. Overall, it was great experience.
