From the time you’re guided into the bay, to the time you’re guided out-the employees are nice. Communicate every move to other team members. Quick and efficient-less than 20 minutes spent from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left. Grateful to have this location not only closest to my house, but to my in-laws also. Always 5 star service. And I received a $25 off coupon by txting Take 5 also-that can’t be beat.
Claudie was my main point of conversation and he was amazing. Very helpful, and we had an inside joke about my mileage at …666. I was glad to know Claudie is a Believer! I’ve been going to Take 5 for 9 years… the service, helpfulness, not a ripoff company, knowledgeable staff are the reasons I’m a forever customer. They go through the checkpoints to make sure they didn’t forget a step; always top off fluids (& will do that for free without an oil change..fyi); honor Veterans with a 25% discount (very generous)…more reasons to be a forever customer!
To whom it may concern, My name is Millie not Molly lol ?. The gentleman was very friendly and very polite. Right away he explained to me about the oil that he had or provide. I liked his personality and his willingness to listen to me about my concerns. I will recommend my friends to come to your shop for friendly service and helpful men like him. Ps . I didn’t get his name ,but he deserves a raise JS. Lol?. I do customer service myself and it’s hard to hire good people that are willing to do the job . Not to mention just for a days pay.and then quit.)
