I wasn’t certain if I needed an oil change, so I decided to ask the workers. They were incredibly polite and kind, and they answered my questions thoroughly. They also ensured that everything else with my car was in good condition, that was within their scope of work. I appreciated their attention to detail because they could have easily misled me and charged me for an oil change that I didn’t need. Thank you !
These were the nicest guys!! I took my car late in the evening, fairly close to closing time. It was cold, snowy, and I’m sure my car was a dripping slushy mess too. Still, they were super nice and got me in and out of there quick. Explained every aspect as they did it, and never tried to sell me on anything… which I had worried about. Made me feel comfortable doing a task I was very nervous about doing today.
They asked if I wanted my cabin filter checked I had no idea what they were talking about I'm so glad they brought it up because they found a mouses nest inside the vent thank you take five for doing what no other oil exchange place did
