I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with such positive energy and professionalism and it instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly, and I never once felt confused or overlooked. As a woman it can be kind of nerve wrecking to go and get services done on your own but they make you feel so comfortable doing so! What really stood out to me was their honesty and approach. They let me know about a few other things my car may need soon, but there was absolutely no pressure to get it done right then and there. That kind of transparency and respect goes a long way! The customer service was truly exceptional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back to take care of the other services they recommended. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and trustworthy service! Shoutout to the 2 guys that were there today!! Also never try to put oil in your car on your own, please leave it to the professionals! LOL
