I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Take 5! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Joey and Bridger were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the service being done. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push unnecessary add-ons or upsell me—just honest, helpful recommendations. The little touches made a big difference too, like offering a cold bottle of water while I waited. It made the whole visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Plus, their coupons were easy to find, which made the service even more affordable. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Thomas & Joey did an excellent job with my oil change! They were both incredibly nice, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. It's hard to find customer service that's good these days, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate their honesty, friendliness, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Thomas & Joey if you want a fantastic service! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!
First time trying out Take 5 and they did not disappoint. Brad (manager) was extremely nice and polite, and spoke to you with professionalism and sincerity. When I initially pulled up, he walked out of the garage and greeted me with a cold bottle of water, asking what service I was in for today. The atmosphere overall was very relaxed and calm. All of the techs (Bridger, Carter, and Joey the muscle man) were all professional and understood their order of operations well. They moved swiftly and efficiently to get the service done. In addition to the oil change, they topped off my coolant reservoir free of charge as a courtesy, and also mentioned the free oil top off and tire pressure check service they have for 3k miles after the oil change was done. Can't recommend this shop enough, especially when it seems like all employees have positive attitudes - shows the customer that this shop is a well-oiled machine (pun intended). if you can't do it yourself or are looking for a place you can trust, then this is where you want to be. Will definitely recommend to others.
