I’ve been to Take 5 on several occasions for an oil change and the service has always been exceptional. They are kind, efficient, and professional. I’ve never felt pushed to purchase anything or upgrade my service; and they generously offer a military discount. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change! The 2 gentleman that helped me both had Michael on their shirts, and I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but all 3 of them worked well together and are an asset to the Take 5 team!
I will definitely go back to Take 5 Oil Change from now on. When we pulled up, Michael was already headed our way. Michael was the BEST!! His demeanor and customer service skills are top notch. Michael deserves a raise and a promotion. I believe Michael would be a perfect person to put as a manager over your store. He goes above and beyond and that is rare these days. Thank u Michael.
So kind, so quick, so affordable! I have to get full synthetic oil in my car, making it cost a little more than other options. Anywhere else, an oil change has been about $150! At Take5, it was $115 after taxes! They were honest about my filters, even advising to wait for both my air filter and cabin filters to be replaced once they’ve actually started getting dirty. Everyone had the best attitude and was informant while also not trying to sell me something! Will be back here for sure!!
