I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jey. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was quick, efficient, and I appreciated his attention to detail. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service and making sure the job is done right. I highly recommend asking for Jey if you visit Take 5!
Although the wait time was long, I felt things went well. I was concerned when they brought my new oil in a rather used looking warn bucket that could have been cooking oil for all I know. Got to be a better way. Replaced both air filters by choice, not because it was recommended. The gentlemen working the computer and installing filters was knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady doing ALL the real work was wonderful. Friendly, hard working and a pleasant person. Hope you keep her around. Any auto repair shop would be lucky to have her.
Special shout out to Baily who did an amazing job and was so friendly and knowledgeable and despite me coming in 15 minutes before closing, had nothing but smiles and understanding. This is one of the best oil change places I've ever been to. After multiple issues that other chains, I have been faithfully returning here for years. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They work hard to get you in and out quickly, and always greet with a cold bottle of water. There are multiple staff members in the past I have wanted to shout out or thank. This location in particular seems to always have great team members and great service.
