I'm really happy with Take 5. I've been here twice, ironically both time with Dakota C. and they did a fantastic job. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I really appreciated that. They're really relaxed there, but still professional, you know? It's just easy. And they're pretty quick too. The first time I came was loke Saturday afternoon so it was like an hour wait, but that was my decision, and then the second time was a tuesday midday and I pulled right in and they got to work within minutes. I liked all the people there, particularly Dakota and there was another guy I missed his name, but tall and skinny, mustache and beard I believe. Idk, I liked him too.
1st time going to the one on 12th st and they were awesome. Friendly, had ice cold water ready, did what i needed, gentle on the vehicle like it was their own. Ive seen some that were alil careless and rough before at other places but not here. The woman ringing me up was friendly. I like it when they dont act like robots and just have a short friendly chat. Easy to get in and out for the location. Ill likely be gettin my service done there now ?
I've come here for my last several oil changes and have been impressed every time. They are efficient and communicate well with each other throughout the service and kept me informed as needed the whole time. I love that I get to stay in my car, there's never any sort of machismo vibe or pressure felt when they've made recommendations for additional services.
