As soon as I got there , Josh brought me a bottle of water. There was a customer in the other bay, and Kel was taking care of him... Josh brought me into the bay, as soon as they were done with the other customer they took care of me..They were very efficient and professional..Josh explained everything that was being done to my car. Kel did the work and he was very good at what he did... I received some of the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time.. it is nice to know that they're still companies that exist that takes pride in what they do. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone.
I came here because of their reputation for being kind, respectful, and knowledgeable — and they absolutely lived up to it. I had just bought the car and asked if they could take a quick look and change any necessary fluids. They pulled all the service records, thoroughly reviewed everything, and walked me through their recommendations. They even suggested signing up for online coupons, which saved me money — much appreciated. Great service all around. Quick too! Thank you for the hard work! ?
I needed a quick oil change for daughter's car. 7 pm went by the Take 5 on Blanding Blvd and decided to try. Was totally surprised by service and price. Staff explained everything to me and I was very pleased. Good price and product. I'll become a regular. I watched from car while they checked everything and answered any questions. Hats off to KEL (hood) (safety) (service writer) Josh S (pit)(mod) Note: I blew the horn when I left. I checked three car dealerships before I went there. Better service and price at take 5.
