I wanted to take a moment to recognize Reyna and manager KJ for their outstanding service at this location. I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, with three cars already ahead of me, yet they still stayed an additional 20 minutes past closing to make sure I was fully taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to great customer service did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across a team so willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you both for the excellent experience — it was truly appreciated!
I had a great experience at Take 5 for my oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I appreciated being able to stay in my car while they completed the service, and they clearly explained the recommendations without being pushy. The team worked quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. Overall, a convenient and hassle-free experience. I would definitely return for future oil changes and maintenance services.
Wow!!! This is my second time here and again service is 10/10!!! It’s literally been a whole year. Reyna immediately greeted me with water and she had a bubbly/friendly personality that matched mine. Super friendly super informative and made me feel comfortable and not worried that I was going to get mislead or forced to get services I didn’t need or not ready to get. Kayla was also very nice , informative and sweet! She was also relatable and easy to talk to. She communicated everything about pricing and made sure I was well informed of all charges! She even checked my windshield wipers and reminded me that I needed to get them fixed! I just had a baby so they made everything super easy and quick. I am very grateful and will continue to come back here. So glad they are close to home!
