Jace did amazing as well as their new employee, young 18 year old (Osvaldo I believe). But we went on Memorial day (5/25/25) and the crew was kind, excellent customer service!! (Why I love this place), they checked all of our fluid levels, and even cleaned our mirrors. Prices as always affordable and best oil change experience. I have been with them for the past 8 years and will continue to utilize Take 5 for my oil.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change (Well overdue!). Jace, Aiden and Everado provided excellent customer service and clear communication regarding my oil level and all other aspects of services provided by Take 5. I can’t say enough great things about Take 5 Oil Change, especially thanks to *Seth* and the other *Seth*! They went above and beyond, showing a level of care you just don’t find everywhere. Not only was the oil change quick and efficient, but they took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. This is a service experience that truly stands out—I’ll be coming back every time because of the care and professionalism they showed. Seth and Seth make a great team and deserved this review. I don’t ever take the time to do this so it’s clear I’m not going to another place again to get my oil changed. Keep it up and thanks again! ?
